Our schedule offers yoga classes for everyone. Whether you’re new to yoga, or you have been practicing for years, Mountain Yoga has a class for you. Our yoga studio offers classes seven days a week at a variety of times during the day and evening so you are sure to find classes that fit your hectic schedule.

Are you ready to try something new? Mountain Yoga’s team of certified yoga instructors offers power yoga, restorative yoga, and flow yoga to name just a few of our yoga classes. We specialize in teaching yoga to beginners, so check out our Beginners or Gentle Flow Yoga classes. We also host awesome workshops on a frequent basis, so visit our schedule to see what we have in store for you.
Want to see what it’s all about? New to Mountain Yoga? Your first class is always free! Plan to get to the yoga studio about 10 minutes before class so we can get to know you. Your yoga instructor will welcome you to the studio and show you around. Need a yoga mat? We have plenty for you to borrow, as well as other tools (a.k.a. props) to make you comfortable with the practice. Wear something comfortable that you can move in and join us anytime!

Mountain Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. We provide a 200-hour training program that meets or exceeds Yoga Alliance standards. Students who complete trainings with RYS's are eligible to register as RYT 200s.
